Webinar-of-the-Month Club for Retailers

This webinar is for retailers who feature comparative price advertising or BOGO (buy one, get one free) offers. It will focus on best compliance practices in light of the thicket of federal and state laws governing price advertising, as well as litigation strategies for defending against price advertising lawsuits brought by class action lawyers and government prosecutors. In addition, in light of the pandemic and other recent events, the speakers will discuss price-gouging laws.

Speakers

He also represents clients in civil litigation brought by public entities. Mr. Speyer has a successful track record in false advertising and other litigation under consumer protection laws. He is a three-time Law360 MVP for consumer class actions (2016–2018).
