The International Advertising Association  announced that it is launching a new video webinar series, "IAA Privacy Download with Mediaspace," in partnership with Mediaspace.global, and with the support of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance.

The monthly series will cover important privacy law related developments around the world.  The objective of the webinar series is to share knowledge on the hottest topics in privacy law, translating complex legal issues into easy-to-understand, actionable insights for practitioners in the marketing, media and digital space globally.

The first webinar, which covers the California Privacy Rights Act, is being presented by Daniel Goldberg from Frankfurt Kurnit, who is also a member of IAA's Board of Directors.

Future topics to be covered include Brazil's new data protection law, data processing in China, and biometric data and facial recognition issues.
