The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration and the Russian
Arbitration Center are pleased to present Annual Report on the
results of the year 2020.
The report traditionally contains general information about the
activities of the RIMA and the RAC.
We continued to organize arbitration events, considered
disputes, successfully hosted the Russian Arbitration Day, IV
Corporate Arbitration Moot Court named after Professor V.P. Mozolin
and the Winter Academy on International Arbitration in the online
format, launched Modern Arbitration: LIVE News Journal, published a
translation of Gary Born's book "International
Arbitration: Law and Practice", undergone a full compliance
review and a comprehensive examination of the RAC Arbitration Rules
and procedures.
