Jaap de Keijzer, Arjan Kleinhout, Claire van der Hoeven and Laura Di Bella have written the Netherlands chapter for the book "Legal Aspects of EU Energy Regulation, The consolidation of Energy Law Across Europe". It contains a brief introduction to the Dutch energy regulation landscape. It also describes some current issues and upcoming changes.
This book provides comprehensive coverage of EU energy law in practice, evaluating the effectiveness of the Third Energy Package, the rise and importance of national and EU renewable energy measures in electricity markets, interconnection and infrastructure aspects of the electricity and gas markets.
