Ogier Leman's Corporate team has advised Leap Legal Software Ireland Limited in its successful acquisition of case management software developer eXpd8 Limited.
Leap Legal Software Limited is a global software development company headquartered in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and opened its Ireland office in 2018. Based in Swords, Co. Dublin, eXpd8 Limited was established in 1986 to provide specialised IT support to the legal industry in Ireland, used by over 800 professional services firms and government bodies.
The acquisition was a share purchase transaction.
