William Fry LLP (William Fry) is pleased to announce that its London office has moved to 55 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7ES. The move to these new state of the art offices was necessitated by the growing London based team of which there are eight full time staff including four resident partners.

The London office of William Fry provides Irish legal and tax advice to UK and international companies and their advisers with interests in Ireland. The office also advises Irish corporates doing business in the UK in respect of Irish legal and tax matters. The predominant focus of the London resident team of William Fry and what they are known for is Corporate M&A and Private Equity, ECM, Asset Management & Investment Funds, ESG & Sustainability and Structured Finance & Securitisation / DCM.
