New York — The firm is pleased to announce the latest iteration of Stroock's Real Estate Fast Forward has been named the 2022 Best Legal Interactive Application and Best Real Estate Interactive Application by the Web Marketing Association.
Created in partnership with Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated (LISI) and initially conceived as a means of staying connected with clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, Real Estate Fast Forward has evolved from an aspirational concept to a unique microsite pushing the boundaries of conventional legal marketing with a one-of-a-kind digital experience.
Real Estate Fast Forward is experienced as a series of vignettes with surprises hidden throughout, taking visitors on a stroll down the streets of New York or through a museum in Los Angeles. By moving throughout the site and interacting with it, users can explore podcasts, social media posts, videos, and other content from the Stroock Real Estate Group. The first iteration of Real Estate Fast Forward explored the streets of New York and launched in September 2021. The second iteration, for which this award was won, focuses on a museum in Los Angeles and launched in January 2022. A third and fourth installment, set in Washington, D.C., and Miami, will be launched in the coming months.
Each year the Web Marketing Association names the Best Interactive Application as part of the annual Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards. Now in its 15th year, the IAC Awards are the first and only industry-based advertising award competition dedicated exclusively to online advertising.
