Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm, recently acted as Luxembourg counsel to Perimeter Solutions, SA (the "Company") on the signing and 100% acquisition of SK Invictus Intermediate S.à.r.l., the ultimate parent company of Perimeter Solutions LP, as well as the listing of the Company on the NYSE, with the stock symbol 'PRM'.
A team of lawyers based in the firm's Luxembourg office advised Perimeter Solutions on this transaction and was led by Marjorie Allo, Partner and head of the Luxembourg Corporate practice with assistance from Corporate Associate, Timothée Gras.
Notably, the Luxembourg team was also part of the multi-jurisdictional team who advised EverArc on its 100% acquisition of SK Invictus in 2021 .
