Pryor Cashman successfully obtained a rezoning in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn for client Coyle Properties, LLC. The rezoning increases the allowable floor area of a new development at 2134 Coyle Street by almost 500 percent. Once complete, the construction will include an approximately 129,000 square foot, five-story mixed-use building. The residential portion of the property will house roughly 120 dwelling units, of which approximately 30 will be classified as affordable housing units.

The transaction was facilitated by partner Neil Weisbard, a member of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Group and chair of the firm's Land Use & Zoning practice.
