Sesami Cash Management Technologies (Sesami), a new company with operations in over 20 countries, has completed the acquisition of Tidel, a leading US cash management automation company based in Dallas, and the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase the cash management division of Swedish group Gunnobo, for a combined consideration of approximately C$900 million.
With C$1.3 billion in revenue, Sesami is a sophisticated, open and integrated business intelligence platform that provides customizable services including a software suite, smart devices and outsourced services for the entire cash management ecosystem and business automation.
