Dubai based shipping and energy specialist, Rania Tadros, will succeed Graham Crane as the Dubai office Managing Partner. After a long and distinguished legal career, which includes five years in Dubai and 13 years at Ince & Co, Graham will be retiring from the partnership on 1 November 2014.
Rania has been with Ince & Co for 16 years and moved to the firm's Dubai office in August 2013 to further develop her Middle East practice and enhance the firm's presence in the region. A fluent Arabic speaker, Rania specialises in contentious and non-contentious shipping and energy matters.
Graham Crane said: "Rania will make an ideal Dubai office Managing Partner. Her first class relationship building skills together with her personal and professional connections to the Middle East, fluency in Arabic and wide ranging practice, makes for an exciting opportunity for her and for the Firm."
Ince & Co's International Senior Partner, James Wilson, commented: "Graham has been an exceptional member of the Ince family for many years. He has been instrumental in developing a very strong team in Dubai, and we very much look forward to Rania continuing the good work of our firm and enhancing Ince's reputation in the region."
