The Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) recently released the results of their LGBTQ Inclusion Awards, with McCullough Robertson receiving a Gold Employer Award in the Small Employer category.
These awards are the leading celebration of LGBTQ inclusion in the workplace, annually assessing workplaces in the progress and impact of LGBTQ inclusion initiatives. Gold Employers are recognised as high performing organisations in LGBTQ inclusion, as assessed by a rigorous annual benchmarking process. AWEI acknowledged that there was a record number of employers across all sectors and states participating in the indices this year.
Being awarded a Gold Employer Award is an important acknowledgement of McCullough Robertson's commitment to a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment where all individuals are able to bring their whole self to work.
