Gouldens advised KPMG Corporate Finance, a division of KPMG LLP, in its capacity as nominated adviser and Collins Stewart in its capacity as broker, to Millfield Group plc, the Financial Services Group ("the Company") in relation to a Placing and Open Offer to raise £4.8 million net of expenses to provide additional working capital to the Company, and a separate subscription by financial services product providers to raise a further £11.2 million net of expenses. The monies will be used to fund additional investment into IFA businesses and to expand the Company's management infrastructure.
