Ben Howard's practice is focused on corporate matters, including purchases and sales, equity and debt financings, corporate re-organizations, shareholder disputes and commercial property matters. Ben also frequently acts as local counsel in Atlantic Canada to out of province clients and law firms.
Caitlin Mahoney has an extensive legal practice focused on commercial litigation, insurance litigation and restructuring & insolvency law, and has appeared at all levels of court throughout the province.
Matt Saunders has a diverse practice in commercial litigation and insurance defence matters, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C), working closely with clients to identify timely and cost-effective solutions to data breaches, cybersecurity incidents, and freedom of information and access requests.
