Oxman teamed up to present a mock trial at the American Trucking Association (ATA) 2019 Trucking Legal Forum on July 15 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California.
The cross-office team used their transportation litigation experience to demonstrate how to effectively defend a motor carrier client against attacks by the plaintiff's attorneys on a number of common trucking policies, practices, technologies, and safety tools.

Todd Gray to Present on Transportation Litigation in London
Pittsburgh Managing Partner Todd A. Gray will be presenting to members of the UK insurance markets in London on October 21. Specifically, Mr. Gray will be addressing the current overall climate of transportation litigation in the United States, the ongoing and increased employment of the "Reptile Theory" by the plaintiffs' bar, and strategies surrounding the prosecuting and defending of freight broker liability claims.
