Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Jacqueline Lu has joined the firm's Austin office as Of Counsel.

Ms. Lu focuses her practice on Intellectual Property Litigation, contributing both a strong technical background and excellent litigation experience to the firm. She counsels clients on Hatch-Waxman actions involving ANDA filings in the pharmaceutical industry and she assists clients in patent infringement cases involving the technology industry. Ms. Lu is admitted to practice law in Texas and California.

Ms. Lu is a member of the American Bar Association. In addition to her law degree, she holds a B.S. (with honors) in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in organic chemistry and organic synthesis, and has participated in the REU Research Program, funded by the National Science Foundation. She also holds a B.A. in Chinese language from Berkeley and is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. Ms. Lu received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
