Partner Nicoletta Kouvara Pantelides is a keynote speaker at the event, with her presentation analysing the advantages of the Cyprus funds industry and why it is a competitive funds and headquartering jurisdiction.
Nicoletta advises international investment banks and investment firms on regulatory issues relating to MIFID II and MIFIR, including, the review and drafting of various agreements and policies compliant with MIFID and MIFIR legal framework. She deals with investment management projects, advising on corporate, regulatory and licensing issues relating to all types of investments funds (AIFs, UCITS) and fund managers.
She is an active member of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).
