Stavros' inclusion in the Centre's List further reflects his extensive experience in international arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR). His practice includes extensive experience in complex dispute resolution matters in Cyprus and internationally, acting for clients in high-value commercial disputes and international arbitration proceedings.
The Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) is an independent dispute resolution institution providing a neutral and impartial forum for commercial and government entities. The Centre administers regional and international arbitration proceedings and offers both institutional and ad hoc arbitration. Its proceedings are designed to provide efficient and confidential dispute resolution, with arbitral decisions overseen by its experienced Arbitration Court and supported by a dedicated Secretariat.
Established in its current form in 2024, arbitrateAD has been strengthening its regional and international engagement and developing Abu Dhabi's position as a hub for international dispute resolution.
