SSEK Legal Consultants has assisted Kohler and its Indonesian subsidiary on the acquisition of approximately 20 hectares of land for the development of a new manufacturing plant in Deltamas-Cikarang, just outside of Jakarta.
SSEK advised and assisted Kohler on the land acquisition process and the plant construction documents.
