The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to notify the investors in all the ETIs, that the Issuer has decided to terminate the administration agreement entered into with Argentarius ETI Management Ltd. The effective date of termination of Argentarius ETI Management Ltd as administrator to the Issuer shall be the 31st December 2017.
