On the 22 February Argentarius admitted the first ETI for trading at the regulated market of Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX). The Haack Performance (Asset Backed) ETI issued by Delta1 Securities was dual-listed on GSX and Deutsche Börse Frankfurt and is designed as a structured investment product for the German Market with an issuing up to EUR 250,000,000 securities.

Herbert Hakala, Managing Director of PP-Asset Management, the asset manager managing the special investment vehicle underlying the ETI, says:

"The ETI structure perfectly fits our needs in terms of flexibility and time-to-market. Whereas the whole set-up process to launch took just two months, the listing at GSX itself was completed within a few days. The passporting opportunities into the whole EU are of significant value for us, as is the UCITS eligibility of the ETI structure once listed at an EU-regulated market approved by ESMA, like GSX."

Argentarius anticipates to list another 5-10 ETIs before the end of March and launch the ETD product on the exchange in April.

Last but not least, we would like to thank the hosts - IMN - for organizing such a successful event and we look forward to participating on their future events.
