Andrew Fleetwood, a former Freshfields solicitor, has joined us as a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Practice. Andrew will focus on clean energy and will work closely with the Clean Energy Team.
Andrew, a specialist in real estate finance and complex leasing and acquisition structures, has extensive expertise advising clients in the UK and internationally. He has advised in the clean energy sector for a number of years and will continue to advise on a range of renewable energy projects including some current solar projects in Cornwall (including the largest site so far consented there) and on windfarm projects in Scotland.
Andrew will be based in our Edinburgh office, working on the increasing number of existing clean energy clients requiring advice on Scottish law as well as helping to expand the office's client base.
