Participants will:
Work with others to assess damages using a factual scenario
involving a multi-injury, multi-party claim;
Discuss along the way the practicalities of things like
disclosure, experts, evidence and privilege;
Find out the latest on the application of the Personal Injuries
Proceedings Act 2002 and the Civil Liability Act 2003;
Build confidence in their negotiation skills; and
After the event, have exclusive access to our online quantum
and damages updates.
