Moore & Van Allen served as U.S. counsel to the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the successful accelerated bookbuilding private placement of 1,059,784 ordinary shares of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. (IEG), representing approximately 3.4% of the company's share capital.
The international capital markets transaction included the placement of 145,389 treasury shares of IEG and 914,395 ordinary shares held by Amber Capital Italia SGR S.p.A., as manager of the Amber Italia Exhibition Opportunity (AIEO) fund. The offering was made to qualified investors in Europe and internationally, including qualified institutional buyers in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A.
