PARIS, October 6, 2026 – Proskauer advised Weinberg Capital Partners on its acquisition of Daher Montrichard Industrie, a long-established business within the Daher Group and the leading French provider of containers and technical shelters, primarily for military applications. The carve-out opens a new phase of development for the company, which will become independent under the leadership of its current head, Stéphane Rossignol.
Daher Montrichard Industrie designs, manufactures and maintains standard and custom containers and technical shelters used to house and protect sensitive equipment, including missiles, engines, and radar and communications systems.
Through its WCP Eiréné fund, Weinberg Capital Partners will support Daher Montrichard Industrie in the next stage of its development, helping it to strengthen its position in established markets, expand into new segments – with a particular focus on civilian applications and international markets – and pursue its acquisition-led growth strategy.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of the required regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions.
The Proskauer team was led by partners Xavier Norlain and Laurent Asquin with associates Arthur Deschamps and Lou Thauvin (Private Equity M&A). The team also included partner Maud Manon, counsel Bruno Valenti and law clerk Louis Allais (Global Finance); partner Gwenaël Kropfinger and associates Corentin Traxel and Maxime Dussartre (Tax); and partner Mary Wilks and associate Lyudmyla Bashynska (Antitrust).
