MIAMI (September 28, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented GoodVets Group LLC, a full-service veterinary care company, in its acquisition of WellHaven Pet Health, a network of more than 40 veterinary hospitals operating across seven states, from Martis Capital. The transaction was announced on September 24.
The transaction expands GoodVets' network from 75 to 116 hospitals and meaningfully extends its presence across key regions in the U.S., including the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. GoodVets works with entrepreneurial veterinarians to develop hospitals from the ground up in major metropolitan markets.
