AZB & Partners advised Alpha Wave Global for its proposed
investment as part of the USD 1 billion primary capital raise by
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd.
The deal team comprised our Senior Partner Vaidhyanadhan Iyer;
Partner Vasudha Asher; along with Senior Associates Tanay Chopra
and Nishita Agrawal; and Associate Vidhi Barot.
