DHG has leased its entire 160,000 m² Smartlog Lelystad logistics development to a global technology company. According to DHG, the transaction represents the largest leasing transaction to date for a speculative logistics development in the Netherlands.
The tenant has leased both the completed first phase of 80,000 m² and the second phase currently under construction. The facility will support the storage of components and distribution activities across Europe.
Located at Lelystad Airport Businesspark, Smartlog Lelystad comprises approximately 160,000 m² of logistics space developed on a 19.2-hectare site. According to DHG, the transaction reflects continued demand for large-scale logistics facilities supporting European distribution and supply chain operations.
