Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised UK industrials group Bodycote plc on the £1.84 billion takeover by US private equity sponsor Veritas Capital.

Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has
advised UK industrials group Bodycote plc on the £1.84
billion takeover by US private equity sponsor Veritas Capital. The
takeover comes after a public competitive process between Veritas
Capital and global private markets manager CVC.
Bodycote is a FTSE 250 company which offers services including
heat treatment for manufacturing, metal joining and the application
of protective metallic coatings.
The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer team was led by partners Mark
