Those featured in the IAM Strategy 300 are selected through an independent research process carried out within the international intellectual property community.
The assessment is based on:
- confidential nominations;
- interviews with experienced professionals;
- feedback from influential members of the community;
- an in-depth assessment of the candidates’ skills, experience, and contributions to the strategic development of intellectual property.
To be eligible, each individual must be recommended by at least three professionals from organizations other than their own. However, being recommended does not guarantee being included in the ranking. Only those with recognized expertise and a deep understanding of the creation and monetization of intellectual property assets are selected.
