Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte advised Surplus Solutions, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, on the acquisition of Boston Industries, a Walpole, Massachusetts-based specialist in the technical repair and refurbishment of laboratory instruments. The acquisition adds in-house technical service expertise in flow cytometry, microscopy, liquid handling, and other core instrument categories, widening the range of laboratory equipment Surplus Solutions can repair and refurbish directly for its biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences customers.
