As of the 2026 AGM held last week, Michael Levenstein has been re-elected to the Technology and Construction Bar Association’s executive committee. Having sat on Committee since 2020, he has during that time served on its TCC Users, CPD and Junior TECBAR subcommittees.

He now, alongside Helena White, is co-editor of the TECBAR Review.

Michael currently represents TECBAR members on the Disclosure Review Working Group (chaired by Lord Justice Butcher), and whose responsibilities include streamlining the disclosure process under PD 57AD (including the Disclosure Review Document, disclosure models and the use of AI/TAR).

Congratulations to Michael and we look forward to future news of his work on Committee.
