Many congratulations to Ebony Alleyne, who was recently presented with a traditional red bag by Paul Reed KC.

For those outside the Bar, a red bag is traditionally gifted by a KC, via the recipient's practice manager, in recognition of a junior barrister's exceptional work and contribution to a significant case. It is a much-coveted mark of distinction at the Bar and one that recipients treasure throughout their careers.

Ebony has worked closely with Paul on a number of substantial matters, including Sky UK Limited and Mace Limited v Riverstone Managing Agency Limited & Ors, in which Paul, Ebony and James Shaw successfully represented Mace in the Court of Appeal.

Receiving a red bag is a special milestone in a barrister's career and a fitting recognition of Ebony's outstanding work and dedication.

Congratulations, Ebony, on this well-deserved honour. We look forward to seeing your continued success.
