PHILADELPHIA (July 20, 2026) – Holland & Knight has expanded its Global Wealth and Family Office Practice Group with the addition of Brian M. Balduzzi as a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia and New York offices. Mr. Balduzzi focuses on wealth planning, tax, charitable planning, business succession, and estate and trust administration and counseling. He joins from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Mr. Balduzzi provides comprehensive legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, fiduciaries, entrepreneurs and closely held business owners. Combining his strong command of trusts and estates with his background in tax and financial management, he delivers timely and holistic guidance for intergenerational wealth and business succession planning.

Mr. Balduzzi has been recognized for his leadership and community service by numerous organizations, including, but not limited to, Boston University School of Law (Young Lawyer's Chair, 2024); the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (Young Leader, 2024); Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (Rising Star, 2023-2026); City & State Pennsylvania (40 Under 40, 2023); and the American Bar Association (On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyer, 2023). Mr. Balduzzi earned a J.D. degree and an LL.M. in Tax from Boston University School of Law, an M.B.A. degree from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business and a B.A. degree from the State University of new York at Geneseo. He holds the Certified Financial Planner®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, Accredited Estate Planner® and Impact Philanthropic Advisor designations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Florida and the U.S. Tax Court.
The addition of Mr. Balduzzi follows the recruitment of Philadelphia Partners Allison Borgatti, Siobhan Cole and Meredith Auten earlier this year.
