JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) has advised Jefferies, the Placement Agent, in connection with the divestment of Biocon shares by Mylan Inc. for INR 3,481 crore. Pursuant to this transaction, Mylan Inc. will fully exit its investment in Biocon Limited. The shares were sold through the stock exchange's screen-based trading platform.
