connection with a EUR 161 million (approximately USD 184
million) shopping line credit facility extended to
UFlex Limited through an external commercial
borrowing (ECB) in April/May 2026.
The transaction marks a significant milestone as it is the
largest Euler Hermes Shopping Line and the first
transaction in India under the new Euler Hermes Shopping
Line programme. The proceeds of the facility will support
UFlex Limited'smachinery and equipment
imports, primarily from Germany, over the coming years, further
strengthening the company's manufacturing capabilities and
long-term growth strategy.
