Goodwin today announced that Margaret (Meg) Webb has joined the firm as a partner in its Antitrust and Competition practice within the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in San Francisco.

“As clients face an increasingly complex mix of regulatory scrutiny, competition enforcement, and AI-driven change, they need advisors who can help them navigate legal risk while keeping business objectives front and center,” said Caroline Bullerjahn, Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. “Meg joins us as we continue expanding our litigation platform across California. Meg brings the perfect combination of strategic judgement, antitrust expertise, and client focus. Her experience advising companies through high-stakes competition matters will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.”

“Goodwin has a renowned reputation for helping innovative companies navigate their most important opportunities and challenges,” said Meg Webb. “The combination of outstanding competition capabilities, deep sector knowledge, and a genuinely collaborative culture makes it a unique platform. I look forward to partnering with the global team, building out the West Coast component of Goodwin’s nationwide antitrust litigation practice, and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex and fast-moving regulatory environment.”

Meg represents clients in high-stakes antitrust and competition matters, including complex litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions. She advises domestic and multinational companies across industries such as technology, media, manufacturing, transportation, and pharmaceuticals on issues including price-fixing, wage-fixing, no-poach agreements, market allocation, group boycotts, monopolization, and antitrust issues in IP and patent disputes. She also counsels clients on emerging competition risks related to collaborations, trade associations, AI and pricing algorithms, and workforce practices. In addition, she works closely with clients to develop effective compliance programs and deliver practical training for executives and employees navigating an evolving regulatory landscape.

Goodwin’s Antitrust & Competition team has unparalleled expertise in handling the full range of antitrust matters for our clients, from merger clearance to complex litigation. In tandem with the firm’s focus on the technology, life science and private equity industries, our antitrust lawyers bring decades of experience in advising clients in these industries on their most complex antitrust matters.
