PARIS, June 26, 2026 – Proskauer announced today that Fabrice Grillo has joined the Firm as a partner in its Global Finance practice in Paris. He has significant experience in infrastructure finance and cross-border transactions, strengthening the Firm’s ability to advise clients on complex European financing and restructuring mandates.
Fabrice advises major financial institutions, multinational corporates, and financial sponsors on a wide range of financing matters, including acquisition and leveraged financings, private credit structures, infrastructure investment, liquidity solutions, and distressed situations.
