Este martes 23 de junio hemos celebrado en nuestras oficinas de
Madrid un desayuno de trabajo bajo el título "Rising
digital enforcement in Europe: are you dispute ready?", en el
que analizamos los principales retos que plantea la acelerada
evolución del entorno digital europeo.
La sesión contó con la participación de
nuestros socios de disputas de distintas oficinas europeas:
Alexandra Neri (París), Rachel
Lidgate (Londres), Timo Bühler
(Frankfurt) y Jaime Bofill (Madrid), quienes
compartieron una visión práctica sobre cómo
afrontar el creciente riesgo regulatorio y de enforcement en
Europa.
Durante el encuentro abordamos cuestiones clave como la
aplicación práctica de la regulación digital
europea (EU AI Act, MiCAR, eIDAS 2 y la Cartera Europea de
Identidad Digital), la gestión de disputas
tecnológicas de alto impacto en materia de protección
de datos, patentes, respuesta a incidentes de ciberseguridad, los
conflictos derivados de tecnologías emergentes y el
desarrollo de estrategias multijurisdiccionales eficaces.
