Jeffrey advises clients on commercial real estate transactions,
financing matters, leasing, business structuring, and corporate
transactions. Drawing on experience in private practice and as
in-house counsel, he takes a practical and client-focused approach
to helping clients achieve their legal and business objectives.
Prior to joining Clark Wilson, Jeffrey practiced as a barrister
in Hong Kong and served as Legal Counsel for a large North American
development company.
