Cadwalader advised Telekom Serbia on a significant multi-currency senior notes offering totaling approximately €1.95 billion, comprising U.S. dollar and euro-denominated tranches with maturities extending to 2036.

Cadwalader advised Telekom Serbia in connection with its issuance of approximately €1.95 billion Senior Notes Offering, comprising of U.S.$1,350 million of notes due 2031, €500 million of notes due 2033 and €300 million of notes due 2036.

Telekom Serbia is a leading telecommunications provider across Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, continuing its expansion as a major player in the telecommunications industry. The notes offering was arranged by eight initial purchasers, including BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Eurobank, OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit.

Cadwalader team was led by Andro Atlaga and included Edward Holmes, Valmir Merkaj, Matthew Smith, Federico Montinaro and Priyam Sharma.
