Private Company in the AIFC (Astana International Financial
Centre) and granted a licence by the Astana
Financial Services Authority (AFSA) authorising the firm
to provide legal services within the AIFC jurisdiction.
Going forward, all matters and projects connected to the AIFC
framework including advisory work, client engagements, regulatory
matters and transactional support will be conducted through Unicase
Ltd.
This marks another significant step in strengthening our
position within one of the region's leading international
financial and legal hubs and further expands the range of services
we are able to offer clients under the AIFC and AFSA regulatory
framework.
