MLT Aikins was pleased to act for Insentra Group, a provider of professional and managed IT services based in Sydney, Australia, in the sale of substantially all its assets to Turnium Technology Group Inc. (TSXV:TTGI; FSE:E48), a global leader in Technology-as-a-Service and partner enablement services. The consideration for the assets of Insentra Group included cash and equity securities of Turnium.
