Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Lorient Capital, a private investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare service and technology companies, on its majority equity investment in PeterMD, a direct-to-consumer health optimization platform trusted by more than 400,000 patients. The deal was announced in a press release on May 12.
Lorient's investment will help accelerate PeterMD's national expansion in the rapidly growing $200 billion Medicine 3.0 marketplace.
