Paris – The Paris Employment & Benefits team advised the Crystal Group, the leading independent wealth management group in France with €28 billion in assets under advice, on all employment aspects of the acquisition of Héron Conseil (formerly COREP) by its private wealth management pision Laplace.

Founded in 1997 by Patrick Deleporte (later joined by Nicolas and Thibault Deleporte), Héron Conseil serves approximately 3,700 clients on wealth management matters, representing over €400 million in assets under advice.

The firm has also developed a recognized expertise in health and welfare insurance solutions, bringing its total client base to approximately 11,000 clients.

This transaction marks a new milestone in Groupe Crystal's territorial expansion, significantly strengthening its presence in the Hauts-de-France region as the group continues to pursue its growth strategy and the consolidation of its private wealth management activities.

The Paris Employment & Benefits team was composed of Justine Coret (Partner), Anne-Sophie Huille and Agathe Vandenbroucke (Associates).
