Calfee congratulates its client, Century Park Capital Partners, on the launch of Green Summit Landscape Group, Inc., a newly formed platform created to build a full‑service landscape, snow, and water management organization in the United States, anchored by the acquisitions of R&D Landscape and LandMark Landscape.
Founded in Lansing, Michigan, and led by an experienced management team, R&D Landscape has developed a strong reputation among commercial and luxury residential clients through decades of service excellence, operational discipline, and a people‑first culture. R&D's founders and leadership team have retained meaningful ownership and will continue to lead the business as part of Green Summit.
In connection with the platform launch, Green Summit also completed the acquisition of LandMark Landscape, a highly respected Michigan‑based landscaping firm founded more than 40 years ago. The combination of R&D Landscape and LandMark strengthens Green Summit's presence in the Midwest and provides customers and employees with access to expanded scale, enhanced capabilities, and additional resources.
