Calfee congratulates its client, Align Capital Partners (ACP), on the acquisition by its environmental control platform, MKB Company (MKB), of US Silt & Site Supply, a New Hampshire-based manufacturer and distributor of erosion and sediment control products, as announced on February 9, 2026.
This acquisition expands MKB's presence in the Northeast and strengthens its ability to provide localized erosion and sediment control solutions. US Silt brings specialized products, including silt fence, inlet protection, and site solutions, along with an experienced team and strong customer relationships.
With US Silt joining MKB, customers in the Northeast will benefit from more localized service and faster response times. MKB plans to continue investing in US Silt's New Hampshire facility, team, and customer support.
This transaction marks the fourth acquisition since MKB partnered with ACP in November 2024.
