Sullivan & Worcester will host a Tax Briefings seminar, "The Science of Owning Act: Tax Savvy Planning for Art Collectors," on October 26 led by panelists Joseph B. Darby III, Jeffrey E. Horvitz, Vice Chairman of Moreland Management Company and an avid art collector well known for his extensive collection of French old master drawings and paintings; Michelle DuBois, the New England Director at Winston Art Group, a leading independent art appraisal and advisory firm; Jill Arnold Bull, Vice President and National Fine Arts Specialist at Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. and an expert at insurance and risk management for art collections; and Kelly Lora, Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Berkley Asset Protection.

The purpose of this program is to help art collectors and their advisors better understand how to maximize the economic value of an art collection - with a particular eye on savvy tax planning.
