Discussing the latest EU, Cyprus and Swiss developments on
sanctions enforcement, David addressed the latest Swiss case law on
sanctions, especially the landmark Postfinance judgment by the
Swiss Supreme Court. He also reported on Melnitchenko's legal
challenge and provided practical tips when dealing with trusts and
SECO.
Held in Cyprus, this 2nd Private Clients Summit was
