Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce its role in advising on the $57 million sale of Architech, Autonomous, and Architech US to GSR, a crypto capital markets partner.
Architech is a leading advisory firm focused on fungible token launches and customized liquidity strategies. Autonomous is an integrated launch, finance, and operations platform that supports tokenized organizations throughout their ever-evolving lifecycle. Architech US supports Architech’s advisory services in the United States, particularly in connection with token launches and tailored liquidity strategies.
KRCL Director Ryan Ricke represented Architech US and Matt Solomon, who were parties to the transaction, and also served as co-counsel to CMS, which acted as legal advisers to the broader seller group. GSR acquisition of Architech, Autonomous, and Architech US marks a significant milestone for all organizations and their founding teams.

Autonomous will continue operating under its existing brand within the GSR group, delivering launch operations, ongoing operational support, and financial infrastructure for tokenized organizations.
